In the News! - Natural Gas Pipeline Job
Coatings Pro Magazine, a NACE publication, published a story about an Enviroline Job for its March issue. The article, entitled "Pipeline Shelter! Pipeline Crew Finds No Refuge from Deluge" describes a recent job for Gulf South Pipeline in Refugio and Edna, Texas to excavate a 50 year old 30-inch underground pipeline, remove the old coating, apply
Enviroline 376F-30 fast curing epoxy, and rebury it.
The contractor's project supervisor for the job, Tommy "T.Rex" Tomlin with T&R Pipeline, describes throughout the article the many challenges they faced in completing the job, including intense summer heat, a deluge of rain and a coating product he had previously never used but was specified for the job, Enviroline 376F-30!
Mr. Tomlin's crew met each challenge admirably and the project was a complete success. As a result, Mr. Tomlin and T&R Pipeline have become loyal Enviroline Group customers, impressed with the superior sprayability and adherence of Enviroline coatings and linings. In Mr. Tomlin's word: "I'm 38 years old and I have no doubt that properly applied this coating will outlive me. So it's my job to make sure it's applied properly."
Enviroline Group acknowledges the hard work, skill and experience contractors like Mr. Tomlin and T&R Coatings bring to every coating and lining project. We are honored by Mr. Tomlin's testimonial of Enviroline 37F-30, and appreciate Coatings Pro Magazine publicizing success stories for the corrosion protection industry, like this one for Gulf South Pipeline.
