Enviroline Introduces New Low Temperature, Fast Cure Coatings
Released November 11, 2008
Enviroline Group has introduced four (4) new products to its existing line of low temperature & fast cure coatings and linings:
- Enviroline 125LV-LT Chemical Resistant Lining - designed for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries, provides tanks, pipes and containment areas with excellent gasoline, gasohol and ethanol resistance.
- Enviroline 222LT Moisture Tolerant Lining - designed for the Water & Wastewater industry, provides excellent chemical resistance for manholes, concrete sewage pipes, lift stations, wet wells, concrete pipes and other sub-grade concrete containment structures.
- Enviroline 378LT Seam Sealer - provides flexibility and resistance to bolted and riveted storage tanks, interior and exterior seams and chine areas.
- Enviroline 199LT Ultra High Solids Epoxy Coating - designed for use with fiberglass mat system applications.
Each low temperature & fast cure coating is ultra high solids, VOC compliant and cures without heat in temperatures as low as 20 - 30°F (-7°C - 0°C). Total cure time is typically half the time of other low temperature coatings, saving tank and pipe owners in downtime and/or heating costs (see individual Product Information Bulletin for specific application and cure schedules). Though low temperature reformulation often reduce a coatings’ performance, lab tests prove that Enviroline’s unique formulations ensure comparable chemical, impact and abrasion resistance to the original formulations.
Enviroline Group introduced its first low temperature cure coatings in 2005, Enviroline 375LT, Enviroline 376-30LT and Enviroline 376F-60LT, with tremendous success. These ultra high solid, fast cure epoxy coatings and linings have helped tank and pipe owners to cost-effectively stay on schedule with their maintenance plans despite unexpected temperature changes.
