Enviroline Group's potable water coating, Enviroline 230 NSF, brings new meaning to "green" technology- environmentally friendly for protecting tanks from corrosion, protecting water from coating contamination and protecting the air from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), as well as budget friendly for providing a quality long-lasting coating with lower application cost.
Enviroline® 230 NSF is an ultra low VOCs internal lining for steel and concrete potable water storage tanks and pipes, providing excellent adhesion as well as abrasion and impact resistance. This epoxy coating is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for direct potable water contact, including commercial hot water up to 180°F (82°C) in 500 gallon tanks or larger and 10 inch diameter pipes or larger. Enviroline 230 also meets AWWA Standard C210-03 performance requirements. With ultra low VOCs, this coating additionally emits very few Volatile Organic Compounds (16 g/l) during application and cure.
Applied in a single, thick-film and fast-cure coat, Enviroline 230 NSF provides a better quality application with less time and money. A quality coating provides long-lasting protection, with fewer costly leaks and repairs. A single coat eliminates problems with inter-coat adhesion, a common problem with thin-film multi-coat systems, and also significantly lowers application cost.
